Network Leaders

Network Leaders are domain experts, thought leaders, program managers, and those skilled in developing and executing with collaborative teams. The role of Network Leaders is of catalysts in fostering enterprise and supplier networks and driving solutions through facilitated project activity. Network Leaders are typically very experienced and respected by their collaborative networks. They represent the top 5% performers that reside typically in large consulting and service organizations.

CollabWorks provides the Network Leader a means to leverage their skills across a network of customers instead of typical 1-1 engagements. Enterprise members benefit by sharing the Network Leader expertise while the Network Leader benefits from greater leverage of their time and a broader exposure to customers and knowledge sharing. Similar to Suppliers, Network Leaders can build ongoing trusted relationships with their customers, understand their consolidated requirements, and be more agile to align value chains. Since they are part of the overall network effect, Network Leaders will be exposed to new customer opportunities through peer to peer sharing by customers, from other Network Leaders, and via the CollabWorks collaboration environment.

CollabWorks provides a turn-key infrastructure in which the Network Leader can operate. Our collaboration and legal infrastructure and brokering services are provided along with billing and other contractual matters. Network Leaders are free to work with enterprise customers on a 1-1 basis. In summary, the Network Leader is able to participate in the enterprise network effect, maximize their talent, and live a style of choice.
